- Students will be able to summarize the importance of all three healthy habits, which include adequate sleep, a healthy diet, and exercise.
- Students will be able to examine how healthy their lifestyle is and theorize ways to increase their overall health.
- Students will be able to participate in the classroom health challenge, earning points for the class through each "daily challenge." This will teach them how to incorporate the healthy habits into their own lives.
